I want to try this bot, when I log i saw "registartion expired" but I created account few mins ago, if posibble please for trial

i had never use windbot on my pc and i had download the client and installed on my pc and then registred on the forums and the client says your "registration expired"

Hello, i created a new account in this website, i just downloaded windbot but when i try to login on bot authentication it says that my registration expired, i didnt get my 2 week trial i have never tried windbot before i just downloaded it and i was told by the client to contact the admin
