It's safer to use macros if your keyboard allows you to. There is no need to use an actual bot (windbot, xenobot, ibot, etc...) for skilling.

WindBot is far from safe, especially when you have so many hours online every day

young sea serpent I think is the best monster at this level, also you can try hydras, damaged worker golems, monks and ofc offline training.
