so i added the walkable ids and that prevented much of the luring. Today i found another issue, small but caused death if it happened. In -2 north west there is a chest (tome i believe) targeting thinks its a walkable square so you might get trapped walking over it, which delays potion usage and attacks and then you are stuck there trying to walk onto the chest until you die. I fixed this by adding a special area at the chest, i think that fixes it atleast, its rare for you to be stuck like that so im not sure.
