hellow i have problem i dont use never windbot and i have this if i log :registration expired! can u help me

I've just create this acc, the bot says that it couldn't grant my 14 day free trial, and send me to this forum, some one can help me?

Hello bro, i did my account in ur site, and when i tried to log i received a mensage saying about my expired time, then this called me to come here to try. After that, when i tried to relog said my time is expired.
