1.- Do not use stealth ring when you have a certain number of monsters around my char
2.- Do not go down second floor when i select west room and east room in that floor, maybe in the third floor too

It is, just set up 2 hotkeys like i showed in the script description.
One while ring is equipped and one while in bp.
