Hello, at 24/06 I logged in on my new laptop, unfortunelly i got problems on my new laptop and had to change laptop again. Now I need use my windbot license on this new laptop and I just cant. Could you please reset my Windbot?

when I get my wind now states that switched HardwareID and I can not change for 7 days.
What happens that I have not changed my hardware id, not used this account on another computer.
how can we solve it as quickly as possible?
