There's a problem with your Knight Sea Serpent x1 where at not 89/90 it levitates down and then immediately levitates back up, it doesn't go into the spawn. There is a check location at node 90 that only has "--check location
MS_checkLoc(2)" Could that be the issue. If so what should I change?

Could you take a full screenshot of your window with it open? I bet you're using an old version or a bugged version that people spread for free on these websites.

It works a couple times then and then it goes back to levitating down and then instantly back up. I added a node, and it still does it.

You're using an old version of the script, as I told you. I checked it here and you got different waypoints, please redownload the script.
