Unfortunately, no. The Trial System works separately from the License System, so they can't be summed up.
If you still have trial days you should wait for it to end before purchasing a license.

the same- registration expired, but earlrier i had a message like: you wont get your 14 days trial, never used a windbot? and it took me to this thread. whats going on, i had never used windbot at this computer and IP, i used abou 1 year ago trial but on other computer and IP. I lowered my windbot and when I access my account appeared fails to get 14 days free , I tried again and gave license expired and have not used this ...
