What would you recomend for a lv 145 EK: Hive Surface, Wyrm Drefia, Sea Serpents (Old Spawn)? I'm looking for 250k+/h exp and 5-10k/h+ profit, if possible.

If Sea Serpents is possible for you to hunt without being disturbed, then go for it. Else, I'd try Malada. GS spawn + Quara Hell will give you around 300k/h.
