I dont received my free trial days, so i came here, help me please xD

my account expired in 2 minutes lol.

hi I used windbot a long time and I'm coming to play tibia and I wanted to try again I'll buy premium and am in order to buy one month of windbot also

I was trying to login on windbot but then this message came up "Registration expired!" Do you know what to do?

Today, I bought the WINDBOT, because I changed my computer and I'll utilize it again.
But, once I tried to log in with my user, I get a message informing me that I'll lose 07 days for using a different HARDWARE ID. As I said, I've paid it TODAY and, from today on, I demand to be able to use it o this new computer.

Could you, please, reset my user ID ASAP??

NOTE: My account had already expired.

Hoje eu comprei o windbot, pois troquei meu computador e irei utilizar novamente.
Mas ao tentar entrar com meu usuário está relatando que irei perde 7 dias por usar o hardware id diferente. Mas como dito eu paguei hoje e quero a partir de hoje usar neste novo computador.
Poderia resetar meu hardware id ?

Hello, today i was trying use windbot, but i had problem with 14 days trial licence. When i am trying log to windbot, windbot shows me an error "registration expired". It's my first time with windbot and i didnt install and use it before. Why I dont have trial license ?
