Hello, I gave my Bot details to some friend so he could purchase me days but instead he bugged my bot and now I can't login because of Hardware ID, can someone help me please?

Already has four days that my ID is locked and am posting or sending messages to unlock and got no response .. What should I do ??? I have more than a month to use and I can not because of this problem ..

Já tem 4 dias que meu ID está bloqueado e estou postando ou mandando mensagens para desbloquear e não tenho resposta nenhuma.. O que eu devo fazer??? Eu tenho mais de um mês para usar e não posso por causa desse problema..
