That`s dumb from CIP, it will just discourage people to stop botting and even to return to the game. I know people who stopped played and when came back didn`t want to jump straight into botting (myself included, started botting again after 2~ months manual playing). The botting records should be like only for a month, forgiving the cheater for botting in the past, after he recognize the "mistake".

And deleting an unused char is stupid too, it`s just to be sure that they are never going to play again. One less player.

So, all in all, if you botted once just keep botting because you may get deleted later anyway if manualling.
