I no Get Trial days. I really don't know what happened but i wanna use windbot

So, I bought the 30 days key, It's all alright, but i didnt get my 14 days free yet, can you do something? thank you!

Hello, I cant get my trial days...never used any bot before, wanna try but when I try to log in says that the trial granting failed

Can this be reset or something?
