I can not get 14 days free (login error registration expired!)?

Hi. I'd like to get 14 days trail on windbot (id 2147)

i never used before and i recive this message when i make my first login on winbot..

Failed to grant a 14 day trial. please post on the support forums theread 'Trial Request Thread' (id 2147) if you belive you have received this message in error.

i have an account with this name and he says for me registration expired so try to help me

yes i have never used wind bot and it is showing me a error for the trial
