Good afternoon, I registered and not received my day trial of the Wind, is giving the message "Registration Expired!" what should have happened?

I start the wbot and it show a message like this "expired" lol, first send me here and after i'm expired? and my days ?

i never used it, how do i receive the days? thanks anyway.
