Hardware ID Problems!

I have the problem with the id because I use the bot on my work computer but when I get home I can not use .
I hope you could help me

Hello, if possible i would need a Hardware ID reset.

Some days ago my broadband started to go hay wire and i then used my laptop with my phone instead and used the bot there, but now when it's working again i was wondering if a Hardware ID reset would be possible.

You can deduct 5 days from the bot if you like as a payment for the reset.
