Hey, is it possible by any chance to sync the sd attacks with the rod attacks? On tibia11 the character is trying to to attack at the same time which results the the character lagging

With the current embedded script target system no, although you can fine-tune the shooting rate of spells/runes.
To do so just access Cavebot Settings > on right side scroll to bottom till you find Exhaust Delay (Smart Shooter Settings) then just increase/decrease the value to play with shooting speed.
