Just received and message of "Failed and some other things...you'll be redicrected to forum" tought I should receive 14 days trial, can it be solved?

my account expired whit 12 days

yay, i'm tryin to log in, then there;s notice 'registration expired'. iv never used windbot before .

Hello, i'm new here at this bot i want to test it but it tells me that there is an error with my 14 day's trial version.
So i tried again to log me in on the bot and than it told me Registration expired...

Please help and add me my 14 Day's trial version, and well i NEVER used windbot before.
