hi I was going to try windbot, I created my account today and when I put it in windbot it says failed to register trial or something like that and then I press enter again and it says registration expired, what can I do in that case?

Hello, I just registered in WindBot and would like to do a test of 14 days, but when I try to access the application it says that my registration is expired, since I have never tested WindBot, please can you help me, I am wanting to buy however I need to test before.
