I just signed up and I haven't been using windbot before and I haven't received 14 days trial. Can you fix it up for me please?

I had activated the 14 days trial, but soon after I formatted my computer and now I can no longer use

Hi, i could not use bot becouse i didnt get 14 days trail. Tooday i received this "Filed to grinded a 14 days trial.

now have registarion expired!
