i never used windbot. When i try to use the "14 days trial" appears: "registration expired"

i've never used trial and it failed the trial ;/

Hi, just downloaded it to play on my nephew account, can't say if the account used bot already (or if it's how the bot works) but I've got a expired message on 14 days trial account. How should I proceed?
