I created my account today to start using WindBot but got the message that I could not get the 14 days of trial, how do I get? Now when I try to get the message "Registration expired"

I haven't receive my 14 days .

Hello, i tried to use my 14 days trial for first time and when i logged in a message appeared, saying that the trial granting failed and i needed to post it in this forum.
and the second time i tried to login this message appeared "Registration expired"
