It's not the IP it's the hardware ID, and when you logged in to the bot you were informed by a handy dialogue that you would not be able to change your HWID again for another 7 days. We only ever manually reset HWID if it is our fault that it has changed (e.g a major software bug). As that is not the case, we won't be resetting your ID. Please be patient and in future try to be more observant of such dialogues.
