Como faz pra usar os 14 dias do windbot?

Sempre dá "Registration Expired.

I made my account forum , but when I logged in bot to receive 14 days free, came this message : " Registration expired "
My husband managed to make record of it on his computer and got the day free .
How can I fix this ? I have never used this bot.:mad:
