I tried to use my 14 days trial, didnt work.. now it says registration expired.. and i created it today...

Well good afternoon, im new in your website and iv never used before, i got noticed today about it. and i tryied to get it a free days but i didnt recived, because tell me " my registration is expired" i dont understand why. i just would like to know what i need to do please. I did everything that the site adviced me. thanks for your attencion.
