I registred in Windbot. But when I will use my tryal version. It say that my license is expired. What I need to do??

I havent used windbot.

Fiz o meu cadastro ontem ,gostaria dos 14 dias gratuito ,e dps pagar para desfrutar do serviço...
porém quando tento entrar ...aparece a mensagem "registration expired".
Me ajudem por favor
