because i can not test with the 14 days?

i could not use bot becouse i didnt get 14 days trail. Tooday i received this "Filed to grinded a 14 days trial

Hello. I tried to login but there is written I cant use 14 free days. Why? I want test this bot before i'll buy. Please give me free days

i just created my windbot account and when i tried to log in on the authentication for the first time it says that there was a problem granting my 14 trial days and that i should post here. Then i tried to log in with my acount on the authentication for a second time and now it says that my registration expired, but that can't be righ cause i never purchase windbot.
Hope you can help me fixing it

i have just actived the trial end befor i enter in the wind bot he says: "registration expired!"
