I never used windbot before and i cant use these 14 days, what happened?

Lucas help me, i just created my account, and i never used windbot before, it sayts that my registration is expired.. can you add the 14 days to my account? please

I did everything right, but got no success, I am now returning to the Tibia and windbot want to test this before buying.

Edited: Clearly. Before I went retired I downloaded WindBot and installed it. I didint use any single day of this bot and I wanted try it today, but after I downloaded it again and installed, bot shown that my registration expired. I wont buy this bot before I dont test it. Hope u can help me. Thanks.

could do something to solve this problem so uncomfortable?
if I buy a time windbot this also happen when I reinstalled windows on my computer? because if so I prefer not to buy license windbot since apparently does not seem stable ...

I found this bot program on internet , I tried to download it and reg a new account. But it says Registration experied.
Never used this before . I know a few persons that play tibia in my neighbourhood. maybe any of them borrowed my Wifi ?
