Hive Surface is usually small instant Profit so you can start with just ~100k Balance
Killer Caimans is almost only instant Profit so you can start with maybe 20k Balance and it will grow and grow
brimstones are as far as i remember not instant Profit, but if you make it refill in edron and sell loot it will be insane instant Profit in later levels
