I registered just right and when I try to enter the windbot appeared that there was a failure and I would not get the 14-day trial, tried to get up again and appeared registration expired, I never used windbot, my friends use and do not know whatIt is happening: / please help me

Good evening, today I downloaded the Windbot in the site and when I open the program says that the registration has expired, but I never used the 14 days free. Can you fixed it?
