I can not use the 14 days free. Please can release?

failed to recieve 14 days trail, and "registration expired" :S

I just create this account today and have never used it before, a friend told me to try the bot and he passed me a cavebot that he use on corym, thats all i dont know why i cant use the free trial

i need free trial because i was already begining use that program

I can not my day trial =/
