Hello, i just created a new account in this website but when i try to login on bot authentication it says that my registration expired is there any way to fix it?

mas quando eu tento fazer o login na autenticação bot ele diz que o meu registo expirado há alguma maneira de corrigir isso?

Nunca usei o wind e fui indicado por um amigo, usava anteriormente o ibot.. mas nao funciona mais... esta aparecendo a mensagem que expirou meu registro.
