Please can someone reset my Hardware ID? It's double exp on tibia and I can't use my license of windbot. Thanks a lot!

Wanted to try the bot, just registered today and download the addons and things but when I put my username and password into the bot it show a msg that 14 days trial cant add or something like that and now I press the green arrow (->) and says registratioin expired, dunno what it means, any helps?
Reset My ID Sandroviski because i need change my hard disk and now i dont install my windbot.
