hi why i could have the 14 day trial

eu nao recebi os 14 dias de trial, disse que expirou, sendo que eu acabei de fazer o registro

I would love to test it.

Po cara ja criei duas ACC, pra receber esse trial , tô querendo comprar pra usar na outra semana que vou renovar a premy, tô querendo testar e nada, oxii..
