My trail didn´t began i want to know how this works

Hello, i just created a new account in this website but when i try to login on bot authentication it says that my registration expired is there any way to fix it?

but I did not receive 14 days free why?

Registration expired. why? its my first time im using bot.

First time using and it doesnt give my 14 days. I will not pay for 30 days till I get my trial days thanks.
