i'm new and didn't get my trial days

I have problem today i downloaded first time windbot and registered here, when i wanted to log in it say registration expired.. Please fix it ! :)

My trial is giving registration expired

i dont received trial days

Hello, i just created a new account in this website but when i try to login on bot authentication it says that my registration expired is there any way to fix it?
