you should be fine, id recomend using some gill parts so you wont get one shot from the rot elementals

On 187ed you can do it perfectly.

I hunt there since 170+, first with full phys set, later I noticed that I die many times on the way to the spawn, ozzix recommended some gill set parts, so now i use Gill helmet Gill coat, zaoan legs, steel boots, necro shield and ice wand. Works great.
Hardcore mode is a bit risky, and very risky when you are alone in the cave, too many glooths, but it's possible.

For some reason the task counter is adding 2 per kill?

if u turn on the TaskHUD then u need to turn off the kill counter persistant
