Spawn is located at muggy plains, to acces there you need to talk with Ivalisse - here (say temple, father, yes, yes), then go to the spawn (here), then find a room with A Strange Chalice (here).
Talk to him saying "hi", "chalice", "daughter", "story", "disguised", "thirsty", "learned". From now you are able to enter the draken area, all you need to do is start script in farmine depot and you're good to go :)
