Olá, criei uma nova conta no site, mas quando eu tento fazer o login na autenticação bot ele diz que o meu registro expirou há alguma maneira de corrigir isso? Sendo que nunca usei os dias de prova!

olá. eu tinha feito uma requisição para o uso dos dias experimentais pq sou novo cadastrado e usuário. porém mesmo sendo dito pelo adm que eu tenho os dias, ainda assim ao logar no bot, dá a mensagem que a registration expired.
