Which should be minimum lvl for RP at isle of strife? Im 70 with 80dist, could it be possible?

That is really low, I won't say you couldn't hunt there, but with my Isle of Strife script you need 90 because it only supports crystalline arrows and prismatic bolts. Try Liberty Bay Quara Scouts, that one will suit you really nicely on your level. With envenomed arrows it goes 100k/h exp and 5k/h profit easily, and while being low level you need to level fast :-)

[190+] Formorgar Mines Destroyers RP

On my first refill ,i got stuck buying arrow cuz he could not deposit the stack and rare loot on dp.
i already check if it was a correct bp places on the first dp and was ok so i can not find the error.

It really looks like you got wrong bp config. Can you take a screenshot of your setup?
