Wind LUA "market"
Same as "Google Play" or "App Store", where users (in bot) can download scripts/hotkeys
Needs to support payment function (so that scripters who release their scripts for money can be payed)
Auto updates when an script is updated
As pointed out, would need moderation
-
Depends on how ppl are uploading their scripts, I use dropbox, if you click with the right button and click on "Save File As..." you'll have the Lua file, if you just open it, you'll be redirected on a page with the code. You can use github too.

Yeah there's a lot of possibilities, but rolling something like this would by far be the "simplest" thing user-wise IMHO
Ofc this would more or less require Lucas to host the script's himself (for reliability) as well as implement upload options
-
As well as require users to describe/name scripts properly, there should be sort of moderation included also.

Not really necessary in my eyes. Dropbox works great to upload scripts and it wouldn't be necessary to have a single system since everyone who are selling scripts have different methods to deliver them.
