First one is:
Yalahar worker golems for ed/ms using thunderstorm runes for max exp. Like he is luring the whole cave rune everything down and go to the next cave.
Second one is:
Yalahar war golems for rps. must have anti lure (if 3+ go up the stairs) must lure war golems to the stairs and kill them one by one
