Rage of the skies/Hells Core Script

I'm trying to find a simple script that will occasionally use rage of the skies and hell's core while I mana sit. I want to use rage of the skies every 30 seconds of so and/or hell's core also.

auto(1000)

cast('exevo gran mas flam')

wait(31*1000, 33*1000)

Thank you ozzix! It works but for some reason it doesn't want to repeat every 30 seconds it just works one time.
