Crystal Spider, maybe 300K per day. Depend your luck.
Lower Rathleton Golems will be the best spawn you can find to make profit. Deeplings, Crystal Spiders (relies on silk price to make massive profit), Hive, and High Class Lizards (Hidden Lizards/Isle of Strife) are great alternatives to this spawn.
Souleaters is also pretty good for profit.
Well, it depends, if you want bot or play manual :P
If manual - on this level you can easily go with ek on Roshamuul/Drakens
If solo, check propositions up, because I agree with everyone and have nothing more to add :d
