Add realtime notifications or pop-ups

Can you not enable a pop-up window by default or something whenever you PM someone.
A lot of people just go AFK for hours on the forum and it's making it slow as hell to contact.
Not everyone refresh forum every minute to check inbox.

Would be nice if you could enable pop-up window with message or something on forum.
I know some vBulletins have that.

That could lag forum due to more resources being used but its a useful idea.

There are Javascript plugins to do this. But Lucas Terra must implement it :p
