You can use mine Vampire Edron Crypt with defense set or maybe Oramond Southern Plains :)
Iam currently on 350k/h so i need something better than that, waste is not a problem ;)

Refill takes a little bit more time because city is far, but the experience on spawn is great. Without voucher it peaks at around 450k+/h. If you include refill time, it goes to 400k/h. Use ultimate manas to save cap for SD's

And this is from Nimo's free script thread. Experience is also great, and you won't have a enormous waste like I did on dragon lords. Experience on screenshot is on 215% experience rate because of 20 years anniversary
