I Got the same issue, found out trying to Shift+Tab going back to a chat window.
I've have the same issue with the chat channels.
So, any news? :) Still getting it on WindAddons beta 5 :/
It even doesn't allow me to set up hotkeys like shift+F1 or ctrl+F1 for example
I still cant use ctrl even if im not botting, just by having it opened
